Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Murad has over 30 years of hands-on experience in executive management across diverse sectors including banking, finance, debt collection, and insurance. His career spans international markets such as Kuwait, United Kingdom, and United States, giving him a global perspective on financial operations and recovery strategies.
He has held board positions at:
- Credit Information Network Company (CI-Net)
- Al Safat Real Estate Company

Mr. Majdi Abdulazim
Head of Collections
With 25 years of practical experience, Mr. Abdulazim is a specialist in amicable and Legal debt recovery, as well as customer service operations. He began his career at Yusuf Ahmed Alghanim Group (Synergy Debt Collection Company), one of Kuwait’s largest retail-focused collection firms.
His expertise spans:
- Retail and third-party collections (banks, telecom, insurance)
- Oversight of the Skipper Department, which tracks clients who have left the country without settling liabilities, in coordination with international collection alliances
